2025: A year in review

2025 was a good year for hyrise. We:
- Trained and placed 416 people. Behind every session and placement is a story we are proud of (see below!)
- Helped 100+ companies hire great sales talent of all seniorities (SDRs, AEs, Team Leads, AMs)
- Trained sales teams at 70+ companies through hyriseTraining, now recognized as one of the best training systems in the industry (including clients like Shopify and gastromatic).
- Continued to build a beautiful place to work (remotely), with 2 offsites and 5 new teammates joining
- Grew 46% and closed a profitable year 🥳

gastromatic: From 3 inbound leads to 50+ inbound & outbound
One of our favorite training stories this year is gastromatic. What started as inbound-only Sales quickly evolved into a structured, outbound-driven setup once the team partnered with hyrise and rolled out continuous, external training across Sales. The results?
- 50+ qualified demos per month (up from 3–5 inbound-only)
- AE conversion rate increased to 45%
- Nearly 30% increase in MRR performance
- 4.91 / 5 team satisfaction score
SoSafe: 18 Sales Hires and Counting
One of our favourite recruiting stories is SoSafe. Facing rapid growth and high-volume hiring needs, they partnered with hyrise to build a strong, scalable Sales team. Over two years, we supported SoSafe in hiring and enabling 18 high-potential Sales professionals, many of whom went on to progress into Corporate SDR, AE, Corporate AE, and Enterprise AE roles, with some even reaching President’s Club and leadership positions. Together, this laid the foundation for a high-performing go-to-market team.

Sezer Özsoy

Sezer is one of our favorite hyrise stories. After a sudden SaaS layoff, he bounced back fast, landing a Senior AE role at Famly in just 3 weeks. Today, he owns the full sales cycle in DACH, helps shape sales strategy, and works on a product with real social impact.
Before that? Years of enterprise hardware sales, a bold jump into SaaS, and the resilience to turn a setback into a comeback.
Katharina Mittler

Katharina is one of those stories that shows what’s possible when you’re brave enough to start over. After years in sports, coaching, and NGO work, she made a bold career switch into tech Sales with no prior experience. In under a year, she went from total beginner to Business Development Team Lead, earning her first promotion after just 8 months!
Today, she leads a team, consistently beats targets, and most importantly, has found real purpose in her work.

We’re entering 2026 with momentum: we’ve become one of the leading voices in tech sales in Germany, both our recruiting and training products show traction, satisfaction is high, and the team is energized around clear goals.
Sales careers continue to offer strong prospects in the age of AI. As markets grow more complex, the ability to guide decisions, build trust, and sell consultatively becomes more valuabl, not less. AI reduces busywork; it doesn’t replace human judgment.
Our core goal for 2026 remains clear: to place and train as many people as possible to high satisfaction. And we’re keeping our long-term ambition front and center
