Step 1: Share your requirements: Meet with your personal talent advisor to explain your specific role requirements.
Step 2: Review a suitable selection list: Only review candidates who have been examined and reviewed by our team for suitability.
Step 3: Hire and onboard: Use our support to hire your dream candidates. Once hired, all employees receive free on-the-job training for faster onboarding.
Would you like to train talent?
hyrise increases your team's performance through our continuous enablement training.
Step 1: Assessment: We conduct an analysis of IST competencies to identify strengths and areas for improvement. On this basis, we define an individual 12-month learning path and assign a suitable trainer on the basis.
Step 2: Training - Each sales employee or team receives their own sales trainer who works on the predefined focus topics in regular sessions. Sessions are as practical as possible with role-playing games or similar, each tailored to the practice of the salespeople.
Step 3: Learn: Micro-learning activities and exercises between sessions.
How are applicants selected and prepared?
Candidates go through an intensive selection and preparation process. After applying, our Expert Recruiters conduct individual motivational interviews and workshops, in which skills such as curiosity, coachability, communication, motivation and others are assessed for sales success. Candidates also complete various tech sales courses to test understanding, expectations and suitability.
Do the candidates speak German?
Yes. We require that they have at least the C2 level in German. Most candidates are native German speakers.
What does the training look like once hired?
All applicants get 3 months complimentary training from expert sales trainers. This includes access to our content library, and personalized 1:1 sessions with trainers focusing on job-specific areas and blockers.
