The goal was to hire 4 remote workers and build and train a completely new team.

Faktor X provides document-related products and solutions tailored for small to medium-sized companies, as well as high-end solutions for agencies and businesses in the graphic arts industry.Over the years, they have established themselves as a source of advice and inspiration for digitization, serving as a go-to contact for managed print services.

Digitalization has changed customer behaviour and new approaches are needed. This is something Faktor X noticed and they wanted to build their first remote sales team who would focus on the software solutions in the new customer business.
