This is why we started Hyrise Academy. We are on a mission to enable motivated people to access rewarding careers and excel at their jobs, by providing the necessary skills and job opportunities.

Before the digital revolution it was hard to imagine a scalable way to provide individual learning paths for each student. This is not true anymore. Education should leverage technology to adapt to the needs of each individual.
Education should deliver ROI
The basis to design any educational experience should be reverse engineered from the expected or desired outcome. If, for example, the objective is to land a job, education should ensure it’s teaching the most relevant skills in the most effective way to achieve this.
Passionate about edtech and the future of work, Alvaro was an early employee and leadership team member at the leading tech school in Europe for several years. He led the outcomes team, successfully placing 1,000s of students at top tech companies.
Michael has 8+ years of experience working in technology sales and education space, leading the biggest tech schools in Germany and Netherlands.
Dominic deeply cares for the craft of sales and people enablement. He has founded two software companies with 10+ years of experience in managing and training sales teams in US and Europe.
Gemma has 6+ years in the recruiting and edtech space. In different capacities, she's always been focused on matching great talent with the right career opportunities. Today, she owns our training program end-to-end, and is laser-focused on our students having a great experience and achieving their desired outcome.
Lena is extremely passionate about people and cultures. Before joining Hyrise she built her career in institutional relations and counseling for international universities. She speaks 5 languages fluently and has lived in various European countries. People's needs and dreams are Lena’s priority and she enjoys guiding people towards a fulfilling career, where they can reach their full potential.
Maria is our swiss-army knife Marketing Associate. She manages all our social accounts and creates all the kickass content you see on our Social Media. She is a true citizen of the world: lived in six different countries she considers to have a Spanish heart, and enjoys kitesurfing.
Vanessa is our biggest operational support and manages all administrative and support tasks. Her multitasking and time management skills ease all of our day-to-day activities. Horseback riding is not only one of her hobbies but her passion.
